Please be advised of a Public Meeting to be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Ostrander Village Hall, 19 South Main Street, Ostrander, Ohio 43061. The purpose of this meeting is to receive public comment regarding the Rezoning and Preliminary Development Plan Application for the Woods at Ostrander, Ostrander, Ohio 43061.
Scott & Lance Investments, LLC currently own 42.871 contiguous acres in the Village of
Ostrander, being parcel 400-13315069-000 (4.90 acres) currently zoned Medium Density Residential District (R-3) Village Pattern Residential (VPR) and parcel 400-10002055-000 (37.62 acres) currently zoned Farm Residential District (FR-1). This request includes the entirety of the 4.90 acre property and 75% of the 37.62 acre property. The residual (9.632 acres) will remain FR-1 and be preserved mostly as open space. This acreage does involve 1.5 acres that will be granted to the Village of Ostrander for expansion of the adjacent wastewater treatment facility.
