Certainly there is a lot of information out there regarding the recent health situation we are all facing. The President has just declared a National Emergency to help fight combat the situation. I am not here to add more dialog to the situation but I did want to point out a few items of note locally.
First and foremost, I highly recommend getting your news from a reputable source, which generally does NOT include social media sources like Facebook unless you know the source. Information on many of social media sites are not vetted for accuracy. Get your news from trusted sources like the Center for Disease Control (CDC) at www.cdc.gov , Ohio Department of Health at https://odh.ohio.gov, our local Health Department at www.delawarehealth.org or your favorite trusted news source.
For the time being, regular Village meetings will proceed as scheduled primarily due to the small numbers at most meetings. Any future public meetings will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
The Village is here to help however we can. If you are in need of assistance please reach out to me or a Council member. We are currently working with a couple business owners on some things to help the community during this time. More information will be coming on this soon.
