Notice is hereby given that the Ostrander Planning and Zoning committee will conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall at 6:00 pm August 14, 2025

The following case will be heard:

A request by Erik and Stephanie Leber for approval of a variance to add a second driveway on the west side of the property and removal of 1-2 trees on the northwest corner of the property located at 7259 Marysville Rd, Ostrander, OH 43061
