Notice is hereby given that the Ostrander Planning and Zoning committee will conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall at 6:00 pm April 4, 2023.
The following case will be heard: A request by Robert A. Curtis, for approval of a rezoning amendment from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial District) to R-2 (Low Density Residence District) for parcel number 400-133-01-002-002 located in the Village of Ostrander on E. North St. A request by Robert A. Curtis for a variance for the location of the residence for the same parcel.
