The sewer bills for November were sent on the 1st but are just now being received. You can make your payment without the payment stub. There is no penalty until after the 20th. You can pay your bill online or drop off your payment in the dropbox at 10 W North St instead of mailing. We are not sure what happened but hopefully it has been resolved.
