As of 7am, all main roads as defined on the Village snow priority route map have been salted. Additionally, all main intersections and hills have been salted as well. Plow trucks are on standby for when precipitation switches to snow.

As previously posted, Sheriff Russ Martin issued a level II snow emergency as of 6:14 am today
Delaware County remains under a Winter Storm Warning till 7:00am tomorrow
Delaware County has received freezing rain, but this is starting to transition to sleet and snow
Consolidated Electric had an outage of approximately 1400 customers early this morning in Delaware County, but power has been restored to all but two customers
Snowfall total is expected at approximately 8” with most rapid precipitation rates expected this afternoon
Ice accumulation is still expected between .01” and .1” for parts of the county
