Executive Session @ 6:30 pm for audit review (this was inadvertently billed as an executive session) This was the audit exit conference meeting. Per Section 121.22 Public Meetings-Exceptions (D)This section does not apply to any of the following: (2)An audit conference conducted by the auditor of state or independent certified public accountants with officials of the public office that is the subject of the audit. It was not an executive session meeting but was a public meeting exception allowable by law. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
