A request by William Raeuchle for a variance for parcel number 400-133-15-046-000, located at 127 S. 4th St., Ostrander, Ohio.

Notice is hereby given that the Ostrander Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on May 14, 2026, at Village Hall, 19 S. Main Street, Ostrander, Ohio.
The following case will be heard:
A request by Arbor Homes for the rezoning of parcel numbers 400-133-15-069-000 and 400-100-02-055-000 from PC and FR-1 to PRD, and for development plan approval in accordance with Section 10.09 of the Village of Ostrander Zoning Ordinance.
